So we are having our 4th child and we decided not to find out what it is!?! Dave really wants to be surprised and did want to be surprised with Truman, but I put my foot down then, so I decided that it might be fun this time around, especially since this could
be our last. Also, we were scheduled for the "big" ultrasound the day after Father's Day, and so I thought it might be fun to give this to Dave as a Father's Day present. So Abby said to Dave, "Happy Father's Day! Guess what, we aren't finding out if the baby is a boy or a girl!" I had been talking to them
about it the previous week leading up to Father's Day, and trying to warm up to the idea. By the end of the week I was excited! Hailey just kept saying, whatever you want to do Mama. It was really cute, and Abby was excited to wait. During the US, Dave almost caved in because we took our kids to the US with us and Abby changed her mind! She wanted to look! But then, the baby's hand was covering its parts anyway, so we were able to tell her that we couldnt look. Dave and I both think that we got a glimpse of some boy parts though. I guess we'll see!

Happy 4th of July!
We had a fun time at the Highlands Ranch Carnival! Complete with pony rides and train rides. We got these fun hats. The night before we went and saw the fireworks down at Civic Center in the city. The funniest thing happened! They set off about 10 cannons in right before they began the fireworks and they were pretty loud. All of a sudden, Truman darted for the nearest "escape". We yelled for him to come back and when he was about 30 feet away he stopped dead in his tracks and came running back to us like he realized he had left us behind. The poor little guy was scared to death! He then enjoyed the fireworks though that weren't quite so loud. He does bring them up every once in a while and says, "fireworks too loud"! We love this kid!
Happy Birthday Hailey and Truman!
What a fun birthday party Hailey and Truman had with their cousins! Kristi and her family were moving from Oklahoma to Washington and needed to stop through Denver just at the right time! We loved spending time with them! We hardly get to see them!
