Soccer!
Abby and Hailey with our dear friends the Pacheco's after each of their soccer games. We consider them our third pair of grandparents. We love them!
Coach Dave!
Dave coached Hailey's little soccer team this season. Hailey LOVED it and Dave had a pretty good time too! Jordan Moats, Hailey's friend Kate's older brother was the assistant coach. They are an adorable team! They give each other hugs after each goal and they are all going to be in the same kindergarten class next year. Hailey scored four goals her last game. She loves it!!
Ballet for Truman??
Truman loves to put on skirts right now. He'll put one on and say, "bayet!" (ballet). Dave doesn't like it much, but I think it's cute that he wants to do what his older sisters are doing :). He has plenty of boy in him too, wanting to watch basketball or kick and throw balls all the time!
Two little ballerinas
This a a picture I took of Abby and Hailey as they were waiting for their class pictures. They felt so pretty in their costumes all dressed up! We'll have to see if ballet will continue in the fall. A line that often escapes Hailey's lips while getting ready for ballet is, "mom, some kids don't go every week! I don't want to go this week!" Soccer is more of her thing right now. :) Abby seems to enjoy it though.

Getting so big!!!
>
> Truman cracks me up these days. He thinks he is so old and just one of the kids. If you ask him how old he is, he says "6!" He gets mad if you correct him. He is constantly saying, "watch dis mama!" As he tries some new trick. Followed by, "Did you see dat?!?" It's so much fun to raise a boy!
>
> He totally surprised me the other day and counted all the way to 10, skipping only number 8. It was pretty impressive because we have never worked with him on his numbers!

Look at these roots!!!?!!
>
> Abby had her front lower teeth pulled out the other day after a few months of them being fully grown in and not getting loose at all, even after we wiggled them for 3 weeks morning and night like the dentist ordered. Now we see why!! She loved having "shark teeth" for a while though since she loves anything having to do with ocean animals right now! :)

We love it when granma and grandpa come to visit
Last weekend Mark and Laurie came to visit. Laurie spoke at our RS activity on Positive Discipline and parenting. It was awesome! Everyone loved it. Mark helped Dave fix the fence and the sprinklers and part of the railing on the deck. We enjoyed tons of good food and a hike to the red rocks! So fun! We miss them already!!!!
Lemonade anyone?
Abby and Hailey held their first lemonade stand today. It was kind of a windy day with not many passers by, but they sure had a good time!!!!
